This apartment is a top advice! Very clean, centrally located and with a fantistic view. I would book it again! All the other services have been brilliant too (transfer, Metro ticket)

I am Lois Hartman's sister, and shared with her the Moscow Apartment on Novy Arbat street. This is just a note to let you know that our experience was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very convenient to shopping, metro and interesting sightseeing. We thought it a very good value for the money. We especially want to tell you what a great job that Dimitri, the apartment manager, did. He was extremely helpful, patient with our many questions at all times of day, and generous in letting us stow our baggage on the last day, etc., etc. We cannot say enough good things about him. We only regret that we were not able to personally thank him one more time and wish him farewell on the day that we left. Please convey to him our compliments for a job very well done.
