I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Moscow4Rent.
They were extremely helpful and diligent with communications as we prepared for our trip e.g. visas, invitation letters, etc. There were no hidden fees. Everything cost what they said it would.
The transfer arrangements to and from the airport were impecable (clean modern car driven by a courteous and safe driver who was waiting for us at the arrivals area).
The apartment (The Parliament) itself was tremendous with everything as pictured on the website. Very clean and comfortable in a safe building close to the center of town. Free wifi internet and international calls, flat panel HDTV, stereo, modern kitchen, washer, etc... supermarket around the corner, metro stop virtually downstairs...
We are always a little apprehensive when staying somewhere other than a hotel when abroad. And Moscow was our most ambitious trip yet with our boys (ages 13 and 10) but Moscow4Rent made it a breeze.
After this stay I couldn't imagine staying at a mediocre hotel in a cramped room. We "lived" in Moscow for eight days at the apartment and would do it again in a second.

J Reilly from New Jersey, USA This flat is unbelievable: probably the most exclusive location in Moscow, Stalin-Nomenklatura-style building across the street from the Ritz-Carlton hotel, view on the Kremlin (so close!) on one side and on the Duma on the other, 3 balconies... The renovation is high-quality, which makes the flat very comfortable. Security is great (as should be expected in a location so close to strategic structures). in summary, a unique experience that I did not think was even possible to find (ever tried to rent a flat on Place de la Concorde in Paris?). I highly recommend it.
Tony D. from France I enjoyed my stay in the flat, the staff is very friendly and their English is almost perfect. they are very supporting and keep the flat in great conditions. it is clean and well equipped. the location is very convenient and with easy access to the subway. there is a grocery store in the arc of the building entrance. special thanks to Dmitry for all the attentions. Thx
